At 142 fully furnished units, the apartments are a mix of studio and 1-bedroom units on the standard floors. The penthouse addition, clad in fiber cement panels, is comprised of two residential floors and a rooftop lounge and terrace with sweeping views of 1 World Trade and the Federal Reserve.

Aside from providing the complete building planning & design, services included sourcing or custom design of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes throughout.
